1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and aca365 ("aca365", "the Company", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your access to and use of the aca365 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://aca365.pro and all related sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and associated services (collectively, "the Platform").

2. Eligibility

Use of the aca365 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. aca365 may require you to submit a government-issued photo ID, passport, or national identification card to verify your age at any point.
• You must be using the Platform in a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not expressly prohibited by the applicable laws of your place of residence.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, organisations, or persons acting as agents or proxies for another person may not register an account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of aca365 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register operated by aca365 or have an active self-exclusion in effect on your account.

aca365 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at registration and at any subsequent time. The Platform may be unavailable in certain geographic regions. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full functionality of the aca365 Platform, including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide, at minimum: a valid username, a secure password, a valid email address, and accurate personal details including your full legal name and date of birth.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

aca365 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card, passport, or driving licence (must show full name, date of birth, and photograph).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document confirming your residential address, dated within the last three months.

3.2 Account Security

Any action taken using your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. aca365 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the aca365 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). aca365 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. aca365 accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment processors.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on the payment method and your account verification status.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your aca365 wallet instantly upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are subject to standard inter-bank processing times.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• aca365 reserves the right to reject any deposit and return funds to the originating payment method where the source of funds cannot be verified or where the deposit is suspected to be connected to fraudulent or unlawful activity.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits on your account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• aca365 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals requested while a KYC verification is pending will be held until verification is complete.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

aca365 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, and the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonus offers are available to players who have successfully completed account registration and meet any additional eligibility criteria specified in the offer terms.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before bonus funds (and any associated winnings) can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the offer terms.
• aca365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is withdrawn before a player has completed the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or employing betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements with minimal risk — will have their bonuses and associated winnings voided and their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside the applicable wagering and withdrawal conditions.
• Certain games may contribute differently to bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category will be stated in the relevant offer terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the aca365 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using a stolen or fraudulently obtained payment method.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, live casino, or multiplayer titles.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, interact with games, or gain an advantage not available to other players through normal gameplay.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for deposits made to aca365. Any chargeback attempt will result in immediate account suspension and legal recovery action for the amounts disputed.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds connected to unlawful activity. aca365 is committed to anti-money laundering best practices and will report suspected money laundering to relevant authorities.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting a technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake on the Platform to obtain funds or game credits that would not otherwise be available. Winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the aca365 Platform, its servers, databases, or any other player account.

7. Responsible Gaming

aca365's total liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms, regardless of cause, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to aca365's customer support team for good-faith resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of notification, the parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration.
